Winter is research time so here is a tip I just ran across in one of those YouTube videos

Pete in MI

New member
its from South Carolina Teacher and she put me on to a website I never knew about. http://www.worldcat.org/ This place is a search engine for books.

Pick a topic say relic hunting and it gives all the known books relating to relic hunting. With the info provided you could contact your own library and request books from other libraries that are not available in your library - or ones that at reference in your library and you can't take home may be available from another library and not in the reference library so you can take it home and study it - copy research info, etc.

If you search for Hoover, it will take you to Mike from MI
(inside joke)

Hope this helps you with your research - especially for books with maps (plat maps, topographical, etc.)
