Winter in GP:surprised:

I finally I'm able to post pics again.

If you are wondering why people don't detect much in the winter up this way :yikes:

Yes, works for chilling wine also.
John I was reading and thinking about some of your post's on sled/toboggan hills & all that loot/goodies, so I took my doggy for a walk in the park.

On the sled hill is about 1 1/2 ft compacted snow, I then cut across the field & found myself wading through about 2 - 2 1/2 feet of snow.

Now I must say I was very saddened about all this(Topaz our doggy, was very happy & I'm sure had a good laugh at me wading through the snow), so when I got home I got back to forum reading only to hope & dream of all the treasures I may find some day.
Moral of the story is to make sure you choose your place to live....carefully.:twodetecting:

That's quite a pile of snow. You folks can have it. I had my share growing up in the Midwestern U.S. then I got smart and moved west.:)
