Time to research,regroup and plan for next season.The new metal detectors coming out seem as exciting as slice bread.Can't hardly wait for another newbie to ask the holy grail question which is the best metal detector and watch them get forty different answers.My professor use to tell me there was no such thing as a dumb question,which I disagree of course there is.Anyway like most of you I had a good season this year.
 
If you were really a good guy..You would keep that stuff up North and not let the cold drop Over the Lower Great Lakes !!! LOL It's bad here too!!!
 
Elton,I think its going to be a long winter.Just ordered another pair of cross country skis that should bring in some warm weather.
 
Thats how my Luck would run Ron.Buy ski's it goes up to 70..buy a new detector..Snows the next day ! LOL
So I can spread the word it's going to be warmer right..You ordered them ??? HAHAHAHA

I hope you guy's are right,pretty bleak here in Indiana too. I am already going stir crazy indoors :crazy:

I have both skis and a metal detector.

I ski on my bum and detecting right now is an impossible bummer.

There are always books.

We have to make the best of winter.I usually get in a couple of cross country ski races.I use to be with the National Ski Patrol,but the horse farm and full time job was just too much.I still enjoy skiing the ski patrol I miss the training and friends.One of the gals I patrolled with Sue Carter was in charge of the woman's group that skied to the north pole about seven years ago.

So true,I think I've got him talked into a woods hunt. I think I'll just have to tolerate the cold. Another large cent would about do him in :rofl:.
