Winter Blues But Opportunity Knocks

Rusty Nail

Been hitting the sledding hills around here this winter. Hasn't been to much snow...2-3" packed on the hills. Gotten a bit of clad not much to speak of. One thing tho....Been hitting some targets in the 10" range with my AT pro with DD coil in pro coin mode with a 80 soil on the ground balance, that I have previously been over with my PI using a 8" mono (some how I missed them). Can't dig them up will have to wait till spring ground is frozen solid. Anyway this morning I got woken up (4:15 am) to head lights, flashing yellow and banging of tail gates. Seems the city needs to dump all the recent snow we just received on Wednesday 20" +
I have a soccer field and a parking lot behind my house. Now I have mounds of snow that has been plowed up from around the area...I have the detecting bug pretty bad.....Looks like I will be out there checking out some of those mounds.......You Just Never Know...

Hunting snow hills get you out, keeps you in shape and gets a little loot.

That is a nice crisp photo you took.
