Brisk winds up to 15 km/h combined with temperatures near or below minus 30 degrees Celsius will generate extreme wind chill values below minus 40 until mid morning.

At these extreme wind chill values frostbite on exposed skin may occur in less than 10 minutes. Here's what could happen detecting today without proper clothing.
