Will Tornado coil work on Excalibur 800?

Can one put a Sovereign 10" Tornado coil on an Excalibur 800?

You will need to get the waterproof connectors or send it to the Repair center for the Mod. All Sov coils ore interchangeble with the Excal. If you do decide to send it in might also check on getting the headphone cable modded so you can change if the stock phones give up the Ghost..HH..Geo

I bought a Tornado coil and tried to hook it up to the Excalibur.

The coil has 4 wires (red, black, white, yellow).
The Excalibur has 5 wires (red, black, orange, green, blue).

Is it possible to hook these together? If so, how?

Are you trying to hook direct to the ckt board or are you using connectors ??

No connectors.
Several feet of cord on the Tornado coil.
Excalibur has a foot of cord.

Also have a water proof container for connection,
if a connection is possible.

note....green and blue on the BBS are recieve ground and are tied common in the coil. no difference between the two.
