This is probably a 550 meter and can be modified to be a 180 meter if you like a 180 meter. This meter is one of the first digital ones Minelab made and to me seem to jump around a lot while the later 550 meter that were used on the Elite were more stable. Now the new ones Minelab makes are 180 meters for the GT.
