Will the new Caz be a four pin or five pin coil machine?

How about a hint Tesoro?

If I was a betting man it will be a 4 pin

You got a 50 50 chance of being wrong. :) I'm hoping it's going to be a 5 pin like the Cortes.

The Cortes would be a great detector if it had tones and a big screen for large ID numbers. It has plenty of depth.

I would say 5 pin

I'm hoping five pin, sorry 4 pin people. I've already bought 2 coils for it. Lol

Both Scanman and SkiWhiz obtained the same results using completely different well established scientific methodologies.
There can be no doubt and I'm going right out and buying the complete set of coils for the Caz. LoL

You'll be sorry, new coils are 6 pin. They learned a trick from Charles Garrett from back in the 1980's.

The CAZ will probably have tones, would that be a stronger indication for five pins?

Sorry...
I think is a whole new day dawning at Tesoro.
They want to make more money so no more Mr. nice guy repairing any and all used units for free, and this thinking might transfer over to this new unit.
It will be Mil-Spec...all new coils, all new and different connectors.
Nothing we have in the way of coils will fit.
Then again, maybe not....what do I know?
Nothing...like everyone else that does not work for Tesoro.
Nobody is going to know anything till they actually release it.

I would hope that it will be an advanced TID machine. I still think they will keep with the 4 pin or 5 pin setup, as this would allow you to use your coils that you already have. At least that's my hope.

OK Tesoro, it's February 20th, certainly you can give us something more than just a name!!!!

It will be a six pin just to mess with us! Hot pink with purple accents and a flamboyant sword wielding fairy for a logo....I can't wait....
