Will the ATPro Ground Balance carry over to the disc mode?

Keith Southern

Active member
I have never been a fan of Garrett for certain mineralization issues in my area ... But if the machine can G.B. and carry over to the disc mode ... I may try one out?
I like the advantages of being able to set your own tone break that's a must have in tone discriminating detector's ( Don't never trust a machine to call the iron for you from pre-set's) it greatly helps in mineralization and in dense iron were good targets are pulled lower in I.D. range due do averaging...

Modulated audio is nice also...

and the waterproof housing is nice and should make other manufacturer's take notice...

Anyone know about the Ground Balance? and target separation/Response Speed?

Thanks

Keith Southern

-Recovery speed is good!
-Ground Balancing should include disc mode, as there is no true all metal mode
-Target separation is supposed to be good
-Coil is lighter because of a new type of resin in the coil
