Will the 250 work in Fl beaches, wet and dry?

It works real well on the Ca. beaches, wet and dry.

The 250 works the dry very good. Do that we have no ground minerals you will be surprised with the depth. I run mine at full sensitive in jewlery mode. The only thing is you have to check some falses if you bump the sand. In the wet you have to take foil out and back your sensitivty down to 3 or 4 bars.Foil is the notch below nickles. I would leave it in when working the dry. Hope this helps,Joe

Tom:

My experience, on the FL Treasure Coast with the 250, was very satisfying though my finds weren't much because of little time spent.
Going back again for 2 weeks in November, so hope to learn more.

Works fine in dry and wet. Just back the sensitivity off over the wet sand. Falsing will occur when the coil touches the wet sand.

Good Luck.
