I hunt with the ace350. I like the dd coil for relics. I've only landed 3 silvers though in a year and a half of hunting. Will the sniper coil help me land more silver ? And how is it with trash ? I did a lot of trash w the dd coil on the 350. Do u did less trash with the sniper ? Thx everyone.

This is one great coil. What it does is improve target separation. Meaning your big coil may be picking up 2 or more targets at the same time and making them appear as one. This coil will separate the target signals allowing you to dig the good one. It's also good for small objects. It will not help with finding silver.

Yup, no guarantee on silver but it will help you find stuff others might have missed in trash and near large metal like poles and chain link fence and they might be silver...

I say yes, and this is why. When I started the hobby about 6 or 7 years ago I found that most of the "good" and obvious areas for older silver were really cleaned out and there wasn't much left. I haven't used an ACE 350, but I've used many other Garretts and the sniper coil will help you get to those older silver coins in trashy areas where many people avoid. Go slow and pick your way through, don't be afraid to dig some junk along the way and I bet the rewards will start to show. Hunting this way generally means your junk to good target ratio is higher, but I don't get too concerned about how many coins I put into my pouch if a couple of them are oldies. Most good ground has seen many coils, you have to hunt it differently than everyone else if you expect better results. Good luck in your search!
