Will a coil for the gtax550 work on the ACE?

Guy has a coil that he took off of his gtax550, he doesn't know if it works on the ACE 250-350 detector. Does anyone know if gtax550 coils work on the ACE?

If the connectors are the same, and I think they are...yep!! You might see a slight difference in target ID, sometimes one notch, but they run just fine. This first came up when the 250 was first released and I was chastised quite a bit by this claim, some saying it would make my 250 go ka-blooey, because the GTAx and Ace series have slightly different operating frequencies, but the difference is so small, it doesn't hurt the machine or it performance whatsoever. I've even run the 250 coils on my GTAx and Freedom Ace rigs, no problems.
