Wilkes county NC a great detecting spot

I was looking for clay deposites, by using the soil survey s of north carolina, and found a great detecting spot , If you look at any soil survey they give a great history of the eara and then discribe the soils, you will encounter this county was well established in the 1840,s and 95% of those living thear did so by small farms, can you Imagine the metal detecting thear is in wilkes county north carolina. I would say not even tapped yet.
