Wich coild would be best to cover large sections of beach quickly

I am looking for a coil to cover large areas of beach. I will be hunting Oregon beaches, and am looking for a coil that will perform well on wet and dry sand with little to no vegitation. There are thousands of miles of little trails through the beach grass that go from the paved areas to the beach. Those areas will be covered as well. Any help with this would be awesome. CODY

I've been very successful on the beach with my Coiltek 15" WOT coil on the beach.
It's waterproof too!

I've been hunting the beaches for a couple decades, and IMO, you can cover a beach quickly, or you can cover it thoroughly, but you can do both.

The WOT or the Pro Coil are both good options. WOT covers more ground but is heavier. Pro Coil covers less ground but is way lighter. I use the Pro Coil here in S. CA. The WOT is just too much of any arm breaker if you want to hunt more than a couple of hours.

I guess I should have said I wanted to cover more ground with each pass of the coil. I do many ring recoveries and do work for Insurance companys. I often look for rings that are within the top inch or two of sand. I dont necessarily need to pull every coin or button from a beach.

Get a Whites Eagle II SL 90 and a Big Foot coil, She is Good looking 4R Rings,

Do the 15 x 18 SEF coils have a problem in water or do they leak?
