Why would Fisher make an upgrade to the T2 make it deeper and more quite and add all of these new features and leave T2 owners with what we have and not upgrade us??? And the fisher is going to have a small coil to boot!

It seems like if this is a better improved new detector with a lot more features and selling for a few hundred dollars more, at least let us pay for an upgrade so we can have the T2 working at the next level. It doesn't seem fair!

Or is that business and how it works, man I hope not

Hi,

Well, if what I've seen so far is true, this is not just a T2 upgrade. Key thing is coils are not interchangeable, and basically that means this unit is different at a hardware level. If it was just a T2 upgrade the coils would interchange.
