Why you should dig bottle caps

Digger 45

I have been digging bottle caps on the beach for a long time with the Nox, they usually come up around 14,15,16 and 17. This morning as usual i dug a 15 reading to be surprised with a beautiful 22k gold band weighing in at 6 grams. I didn't have my phone with me for a picture but will try to get one soon. So the moral of the story is dig everything on the beach, you might be surprised.

Nice find I hunt the beaches all winter long I dig everything that’s a solid tone!

Yes, and yes

If I was beach hunting I’d be doing the same with absolutely NO question. The array of targets is SO vast and the potential for just ONE of those to be quite valuable is SO high that anything above iron would have to be investigated with the scoop. As always, clearly a LOCATION thing....CONGRATS on the monster butter!

It depends on how hot it is. How many caps I have already dug. And if I am in the wet or dry sand. Dry sand hunting with the Nox is just brutal. Caps everywhere.
