Just got back the GTI... sent it back for a ck up etc

They
1) replaced the cable and connector
2)New battery holders
3) New batteries
4) new touch panel
5) recalibrated it

$0.000000 is what they charged ... I was ready to
pay and told Brad that... and yesterday it showed
up on the front porch ...

AND it can STLL find more stuff than Im capable of ..

But im gettin better

Cant see any reason to switch in the future

I've been meaning to send my gti-2500 in for a check-up, but seems like everytime I think about it, I want to use it just another day first. I'm looking forward to that same service and hoping to learn my machine better, too.

Stories like yours are why I bought form Garrett. A great company with great products at reasonable prices will have loyal customers that will buy and sell many products.
 
Yeah their customer service can't be matched anywhere. Just that alone is worth sticking with Garrett for the long haul.
