work with my explorer??? The hole is smaller on the coil. Did the KCO> send the wrong coil????

Don't know if this will help but I bought the Excelerator E 5' coil from KCO and it cam with a nylon bolt and wing nut that worked with my EII. The stock bolt that cam with my EII would not work with the Exelorator however so when I promptly lost the Exelorator bolt I was able to find a nylon replacement bolt at Home Depot that works fine.
One other thing. When I tried to plug the Exelorator plug into my X-1 adaptor it didn't fit. I needed to lightly can it down to make it work.
Hope it helps.
