Why I swapped vehicles with my wife...

She now drives my Subaru, I drive the Chrysler Town and Country. I think all of you will appreciate and agree that this what the trunk or back of a car should look like, seven days a week!

Oh, and the Chrysler has a CD player, which the Subaru does not.

By the way, thanks to everyone who took the time to write their views in response to my previous post!

Happy hunting to all!

Yeah that works. I got a Grand Caravan with Stow-N-Go that works great but I use my old Plymouth Voyager mostly to keep the crud out of the Caravan so momma doesn't snarl at me. Chrysler vans make great detector carriers. I think John from W. VA has one to haul his 250 in.

No way on earth would I get to use mommas vehicle for detecting. I use my little old truck.

Used to have a Rambler, years ago. I'd use one, too. WIsh I had my old Gremlin - now THAT was a car.

Yea, really like those Chrysler mini vans. I drive a Plymouth Voyager as a service vehicle and I like it so much that I've been thinking about gettin' me one to hold my Ace250 and my GTI1500 :garrett:

It works good for my Ace. It helps if you know someone who works for Chrysler and can get you an employee voucher. I have a cousin who works for them and I got $7,000 off the sticker price.

Yeah I had a Rambler with a stick shift and a hot V-8 under the hood that was a real screamer and it got great gas mileage. Nash made some good cars. To bad they ain't around anymore, also Packard, Hudson, Studebaker, Kaiser.

Yeah they are great rigs. My old 93 Voyager just keeps plugging along. All I've ever done to it is put a new starter on it. Never been tuned up or the plugs changed. I like driving it better than our 2006 Grand Caravan as it is easier to get around in and a lot zippier.
