Iron discrimination - knocked it right out.

Well, the NAvy has always done wierd things but I have never heard of "training" and "live" EVER used together. Training means inert, harmless. So it's supposed to be explosize, but not quite as explosive as a real mine????

Training does not mean inert or harmless. Training means to learn and we definitely didn't use blanks when we were trained to accurately shoot our M-16's. And Eglin AFB in Ft. Walton Beach has live fire missions out in the gulf.

I thought it was a bottle cap !!!

I should lesson and dig everything.
