Whoo Hooo .... 45 more days, almost to the hour ....

... and I'll be winging my way to the UK for 10 1/2 days of detecting the fields of Yorkshire. Man, I'm pumped. got the rental car and B&B reservations all set .... just need good UK weather, the UK fields to be harvested, and NO HURRICANES heading to SW Fla.

Hoping for free wireless connections at the B&B's or pubs so I can post some photos during the trip. The goal this trip is to find King Henry VIII's lost high school class ring! Secondary goal is any Celtic, Roman, Medieval or early British coins & jewelry.

With credit card frequent flyer miles, the RT airfare cost about $200. Gasoline there is over $8, pint of beer about $6 ... enjoying the trip and money spent before I die and the kids get it ..... PRICELESS!
