I have an older Minelab Excalibur 800 and the only issue I have had is the headphones. But what if I wanted to have it serviced for something else, what would I do. It's the older blue right after the did away with the horse shoe coils.

Contact ML ..... new service in Penn. If its just the phones...... check out MALs phones which comes with the end cap.

Look above on the 10-17-2017 Post ( No Parts From Minelab ) from Goldnugget. They Replaced my Parts this week, My Excalibur 800 was ( 11 years Old )

I am a New Kid decked out in Yellow if you see me on the Beach

I got a new 10 inch coil. I was afraid is would be too heavy to swing 8 -10 hours a Day The 10 inch Coil weights 1.6 pounds ( Its Slimline and includes the Coil Cover ) and the Old 8 inch Coil weights 1.4 pounds no coil cover.

I got the old 8 inch coil back, the only problem was the protective black wire cover from the Control to the Coil was cracking

Saving it for My Minelab Soverign XS 2 Pro that is even Older
