Who says the 250 with 12-inch coil won't find teeny tiny things...

Got out for a few minutes today between rain storms and hit a football field. The very first thing I found was this tiny ring. It ID'ed as a dime and the 250 barked loud on it. Had a helluva time finding it in the muddy soil but eventually it popped up. The little sucker was down about four inches or so.

I found the same thing last fall when I was gridding sports fields. I found 2 different gold rings and the ACE 250/12" coil sure let me know!

That would be hard to find I found one last year about that size and it drove me nuts trying to find it in the sand.

Just a thought but....... if a leprechaun had lost the ring than........ that means the pot of gold may be near by.:look:

Yeah it's sensitive to little stuff. Someone awhile back had asked how the 12 incher worked on small stuff so I posted that for them.

I couldn't resist any longer...:surrender:
Just ordered both of the extra coils. Also a raincover.
Saw a deal I couldn't pass up...
