I set up an air test with the stock D2 coil and the 4x6 coil with gold nuggets from .1 to .5 of a gram to see how well this machine does on small gold and the performance of the coils. the point of this is the fact that this small gold is the more common size that you will have a chance to find in the creeks. hope this helps.
