Whites TDI Pro?

Just happened to look at White's webpage this morning and the TDI Pro is shown is out of stock. I wonder if that means anything beyond perhaps the shortage of some component that prevented building new batches of them and all the completed ones are already with distributors and dealers. It is an interesting coincidence however that this happens in the month that Garrett's new ATX is going to hit the market. The ATX of course is waterproof and folks have been crying ever since the TDI was released for a waterproof version of the TDI.

Probably just a coincidence that means nothing in particular

I was almost going to spring for the TDI Pro when the ATX hit. I hope that whites does step up to the plate with a new water machine that works on beaches but designed specifically for prospecting.
Seems the Atx is pretty Sensitive but The coil options for the TDI seem much better and most are water proof so for ten feet that should be OK. Just need a good connector interface right?
One other thought I had was that since the Atx first was hinted about sales probably went stale and production is better spent on the better sellers. Don't want a bunch of stock sitting around and the labor has to be managed very closely and placed where most effective for the survival of the company, these days especially.
