Hey, Bob. I've owned one for 3 years and have had great experiences with it. It is a very deep machine and is very hot on small gold and is light and comfortable to swing in the water for long periods of time. As far as water machines go, I think it is one of the best values out there. For salt water beach hunting, like we have in florida where I hunt, it works very well.
