My Spectra V3i quit on me after only less than a month and I thought this might be the beginning of a nightmare for me. I called "White's of Southeast "because they were the closest to where I live in Florida. I was lucky enough to have Audrey answer the phone. She is a very smart lady and from that point forward things got better in a hurry. After explaining the problems, including a white screen display reading"DAQ communications error" she explained with that type of problem the machine had to come back. She then called the nearest dealer to me, verified he had a new spectra V3i, gave him my phone number, and asked him to contact me. 10 minutes later I got a call from the local dealer. He was ready to swap out my detector for a new one. I met him 20 minutes later and he exchanged my machine for the new one. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised but mostly grateful for the incredible service and support that White's provided me. Thank You White's, Audrey, and Andy Adams (Ocala White's Dealer) for the best service I have ever experienced. I'm a White's fan for life. Best..........Al King
