Hey Beach Hunter,
I'm about to ship mine out for the same job!!! I've heard the depth increase is PHENOMENAL and the SENSITIVITY on small targets is there!!! Since this coil is LIGHT WEIGHT AND NEUTRALLY BUOYANT in the water there should be no more complaints EVER from anybody!!!!!!! PLEASE keep us posted with your test as I TRUST your opinion the most on this model!!!!:thumbup:

Thanks White's for listening!!!:whites::usaflag::garrett::usaflag:

Hey BH, I see you got an improvement to your arsenal.......You may need that cause the storm did no justice in Maine.....brought in lots of sand. How is Salsbury beach?

You mean complaints like the fact that White's should have sold the machine with this coil in the first place? But then again, for another $300 the price would approach what you'd pay for an Excal.......... I still plan on moaning and complaining that for the most part Whites missed the boat regarding the coil selection on the stock BHID. And beachgoers can still get a good laugh at the $3 "sand-filled sock" upgrade most users employ in the water to keep the coil down on a machine that's supposedly engineered for water detecting.
