I can't thank them enough for the fast service. Larry sent my MXT into the Chicago based shop last Monday and I got it back last Friday. That's faster than lightening service. They calibrated it and it's running like a new machine. Thank you Whites for your fast and efficient service! You're the best!!!!

nancy, can I ask what prompts a tune up? Is it just routine to send them in? And also, Mine is out of warranty so whats it cost for a routine tuneup?

Hi Aaron, My machine was bouncing all over when trying to detect. I would run across a good target and the VDI stated it was a dime/silver coin and it wasn't. This kept happening and I knew something was NOT right. The VDI numbers were way off of what the target was. I've had this MXT for YEARS and this is the first major problem I've had with it. Like the old saying goes, "If it's not broke, don't fix it". The cost was $75 and well worth every penny. HH, Nancy
