Whites repair turn around time..

Sent a coil from Va to Sweet home, they got it on 19th of may shipped me a new one on 24th got it on june 1st.And they were busy.Give factory a call the repair customer gal will keep you in the loop whats going on.I thought turn around was good there was the holiday weekend in there to.UPS ground was the longest wait. But end result new coil at no cost to me.I'm sure they are quicker on a MD problem. Also I could have sent it to a closer whites repair facility.Hope this helps Dan-PA

Oregon is a long way from Pa. so expect longer shipping time however heck dealth with the fine tech's and people at Sweet Home in the past and have had excellent results..Nothing against their sattelite repair centers which are closer but my choice as to what works for me..and your opinions may differ...

I sent my dfx to Oregon, next day, next day was a sat. so they were closed. so that Monday the 11th of May they signed for it. The 27th of May they called and wanted my coil, I sent it that day, and it arrived sat. they were closed so that Tuesday(June 1st) they got that coil. The 7th I called and she said they were waiting for it. i said I sent it the 27th and it was picked up the June 1st. she looked around more and found it. Today is the 9th and still no DFX, nor call that it was finished.

The way i see it if you are smart and wait till the holiday to send it in like i did, you can expect to wait week or more longer for your detector.

Customer service advised they are very busy and expect around 3 weeks from when its received. Unlucky I guess as not the usual turnaround time and dialing in shipping time should be about a month without my unit..So if you have a unit and its something minor I would wait before sending in due to the above circumstances..

turnaround time from my house, repair, and back to me has been 14-17 days... Just dealt with them a few months back.. There great!!!

Well they finished mine and repair bill was 86 and change. I wanted 2 day and asked for it so we will see if it arrives today(sat. the 12 of June)

Had a great experience with them. Sent mine from Ma. to Sweet Home I figured that since they are manufactured right in Sweet Home that they would do the best repairs and service. I was right my xlt is like brand new now and works really great.
