White's New Website Look

White's has a new website look, and I think they did an excellent job. Did notice though a few models missing like the M6.

If i am honest i much preferred the old website, something just does not look right with the new one.

"can't find an email or phone #"-----This is by design.

They intentionally make it a pain to contact them which shows they don't care.

Did you notice the Contact Us section in the footer? Can't miss it. I don't even have my bifocals on and it's pretty easy to find!

Yep I saw that first but it is a stupid form you fill out it doesn't actually give you a email address which is worthless.

You don't need the email address. You simply fill in your return contact information for them to reply, and put your question/comment in the message portion. Hit submit, done deal.

Bingo. That's so it can go the right person.

LOL I haven't gotten a response and I've sent 4 messages to whites so if it worked I would see a response obviously whites can't handle it or something.

Still ironing out kinks, however, Toll Free telephone is on "EVERY PAGE", and EVERY factory location... and EVERY major White's whole seller Address, Telephone, E-Mail Address, and their Web Sites, see ABOUT US, and every active retailer contact information available entering a simple zip code.

Considering 100% of White's contact information is already there (there literally isn't any additional)... easily accessible to even an inexperienced web user and currently it doesn't require my eye glasses nor a degree to see it... how can it be improved? What are some reasonable suggestions for better contact information? Keep in mind, web sites are not suppose to be anything like yellow pages.

White's address and telephone number has not changed in over 65 years. To me, when I look at the new White's web site, it appears clearly anyone (who wants to) can easily and quickly see how to contact White's directly, or any of our partners/associates, by any method of their choosing, snail mail, telephone, e-mail, web contact, forum, visit in person. Plus, with very little thought, see who they may need to contact directly, repair center, foreign distribution, re-seller, etc.

White's hired Top Guns in the professional web site building industry to build their new web site as wonderful as possible. If one believes they personally can build a better web site, 100% of those individuals are currently earning hundreds of dollars per hour building web sites. Those skilled/capable in that Extremely high paying industry... suggestions?

Web sites are suppose to provide information 24/7, cafeteria style, without the aid of anyone except yourself. Their not suppose to mimic yellow pages, nor offer much of any hand holding.
