Whats all the talk about new Whites units as I have a Eagle S/L 90 that is certainly competive with new units even though its probably great grandpa to an XLT...and certainly stood the test of time..
 
You got that right. Over here in Oz I spoke to an old guy who still goes out now and then looking for gold nuggets with his old 5900 and a couple of weeks ago found 1/4 oz in small bits on an old graded track running through some diggings. Love to see what he could do with a newie in his hands though!
