I have to vent on Koss, awhile back before all the snow, I was detecting and 1 side of the koss e9000 headphones quit working, knowing koss has a lifetime warranty I pay my 6 something to ship with 6 dollars for return shipping after 2 weeks I get them back, guess what they no longer have the whites logo but the main thing they sent it back with out a volume control on the cord,I call Koss and after 3 more calls I finally get to talk to the supervisor, her response we sent you the same pair back,I tried to tell her there was no volume control and the logos are gone so NO they are not the same, well sir we no longer have that cord,so we used the next best thing.Wow I told her this was not a very good way to run a buisness,I am sorry is all she could say, hung up and I pondered on this matter awhile and thought I will just give sweet home a call and explain the situation, well after a great conversation explaining the whole deal they told me to ship them to whites, and they would replace them,. but the whole point of this topic is ,is it right for Whites to have to stand behind something that Koss gives a lifetime warranty on. NO so 2 big thumbs up to whites for standing behid the products , and 2 thumbs down to Koss for not having correct parts for headphones that are still offered for sale. oh by the way Koss told me I was the first person to ever have this problem..well I would like to know if anyone else has had a problem with Koss customer service. thanks for putting up with my vent but again Whites cooled me down..
