When I got my BHID (used) one of the foam ear pieces was missing? Gremlins in the US mail!!! Anyway, scavanged one off a pair of gun muffs i had, too small but it works. I figured I'd contact Whites and order a new one, well I emailed, waited about 30 mins and got an email back, Todd said no problem and they are going to send me TWO new ones for $ 0.00. Not even shipping......My hats off to White's. Pretty cool!!!
