Hello.everyone I am new to this ....I just had to put my 2 cents in....I own three Whites and I can say this with out contradiction any and every time that I had to deal with the great people in Sweet Home Or. [the home office for Whites] They have treated me with great respect ...When I needed anything they were quick to get it done ..on repairs they were no more than one week..
On the 17th of August I contacted and told them my headphones were not working........two days later I received a new pair by express mail.....with no charges....and this is just one time they have bent over backwards to be helpful to correct the problems.
I have not waited more than one week....If the unit was bad I always received a new unit by return mail with [NO] hassle
If your are having trouble with other dealers ..May I suggest you try [WHITES] ONCE YOU DO YOU WILL ALWAYS BUY FROM WHITES.........

After some unsuccessful attempts at getting info fro Minelabs I called White's before buying a used XLT.

I got through to the service dept and spoke to the sr tech who was very helpful and friendly

It was this no run-around straight forward availability that gave me the confidence to buy a used detector.

I agree they have great repair service . I sent in a M6 and they got it last wednesday and it was repaired by friday and ups picked it up on Monday and it will arrive here tomorrow wednesday thats outstanding service . Took a week and two days from the evening I put it in ups to them . I might add that I was dealing with the illinois service center for whites .
