It's a cub scout scarf holder............... Keeps scarf together around their necks


Up date: talked to elderly gentlman in park..He stated cub scouts used to camp in the area where I found necktie holder.
Stated from the 40's to the 60's hmmmmm wonder if there is more

Nice finds.
A few weeks ago I was at a elementery school and found a Boy Scout Wolf Pack
tie holder 8 inchs down with my 5.3 coil, and in relic mode.

I was out today Sunday 21st at a local park thats been hunted out and
came up with these two Items.
