Well if any of you recall, I melted my battery lead wire and I needed a new battery connector piece but couldnt find one anywhere, so I decided to shoot Whites an email asking them if they have any suggestions or if they have any left (from a GM V/SAT). They emailed me back saying that they would send me one free! While it is just a small part, it really means a lot that they really care for their customers. Its just little things like that that are important when considering buying a new detector, and I will most certainly buy a Whites when I decide to buy a new one.
Keep up the great work Whites!

I regret that I haven't complimented White's before now after the service beyond there responsibility. I had a Pinpointer that I didn't think was working correctly and they didn't question me and said send it in and at the same time they sent me a new one. After a couple of days use with the new one I managed to slam the back door of my Suzuki on it and really smashed it good. I wondered if they could possibly do something with it and after the call they said send it in and at the same time they replaced it. I don't want to put them on the spot thinking that they can always do this but ware else do you get such service. These people get all of my praise and business and will be getting another machine.
