White's Electronics Service is FAN-tastic!!!

I am stunned and extremely pleased with my most recent experience with White's Electronics service department.
I sent in my Bullseye Pinpointer for repair. It was one of the very first ones that came out many years ago. I beat that pinpointer up and it never failed til just now.

I was contacted back by Jay Allen about the unit. They completely checked and refurbished the unit, it works like new.
I do not believe they had to do a thing. They do not have a lifetime guarantee on Bullseyes and they do not sell the original model anymore. I expected a bill.
They even replaced the button with a toggle switch, because that would/coud be the next thing to stop working.

And.....they made the experience even more fantastic, which in this day and age and economy seems unreal!!!!!! All at no charge. I was thinking I was the only one to do that in my business......
You can PM me or email me for the details...

I would recommend their units and their service to anyone without reservation. This Thanksgiving I was very thankful to/for White's. Thank you very much White's and Jay.

Hi Tom, I did the same about 2years ago, the screw came out of the back that let the inside loose, I sent it back to Whites, they fixed like new put a new switch on it sent it back to me NO BILL. This was one of the old one to got it free with the MXT. Whites is FAN-tastic Good Luck Dean

I just received my DFX300, which was repaired( loose phone jack), and it works like a charm. Thank-you Whites. I'll keep doing business with them any day.

i also agree White's customer service is the best . and i have delt with all the major metal detector manufacturers over the years. my first detector was a white's coinmaster back in the mid 80's and i have owned whites, Garrett, fisher, and bh.

Whites is the best. I bought a 6x10 coil on another forum - slightly used - and it would not ground balance or pinpoint. Called Whites in Sweet Home,OR. told them the problem and that I bought it used so I don't have a sales receipt. They said send it in. Today I received a brand new coil - no charge.

Thanks Whites

Hey Tom Clark.
You are soooooo right about Whites. They have treated me well, too.
First Texas could take a few pointers from from them.

A few years ago, I had a warranty repair that was taken care of by White's Electronics in a very professional manner. They do care about their customers and will bend over backwards to please you. Kelley (Texas) :)

Received order from factory the other day.....Stupid fast! Thanks!
