White's detectors used around the world

I was reading December's issue of National Geographic and come across this photo of an Arab looter holding his White's detector which he uses to loot archeology sites in the West Bank. I thought you might enjoy seeing the photo. HH Dennis in Idaho

I remember seeing that posted elsewhere on Findmall, maybe 20th Century Tales or Views. They had the story and a larger picture. He had a big azz coil on the end of the rod, maybe a 15".

I did not know how to load the whole photo, but the coil on the detector looks like a 9.5. HH Dennis in Idaho

Don't know if the number is still current but that little old company (out of Sweet Home) produces near 60% of the planets detectors! After seeing the factory (I live here in the northwest) it's pretty cool to see this small business do such big business stuff. Strong business full of good people.
