Whites customer service is the best!

Man had a problem with whites pintpointer and they said send it in with $6.50 and they would send back a new one. No hassle at!! I will never buy anything but whites again. No company can beat thier customer service or thier detectors!

I concur !!! best customer service i have ever had !!! had a dodgy coil on my V3 they sent a new one out immediately..(am a total whites convert now have three detectors made by them all minelab stuff gone !!)

Same here,My first V3 was untamable!Just pure wonky,unless you turned everything waaaay down.I called Whites and they had a new detector enroute to me before I could post them back the old one...simply amazing unheard of service!
