Recently I contacted White's service dept. and told them that I had a Beach Hunter ID that was way past warranty and that I wanted to send it to them for an overall checkup to insure it was working at its peak performance. They advised me that it would be a $45.00 service plus parts if any were needed. It seemed that I had just put it into the mail when I received it back in the mail. Unbelievably fast service. I opened the shipping invoice and I was shocked to see that there were no charges for the service and parts. I saw that they had replaced the coil, as it was leaking, replaced the O-ring, replaced a cap (C-33) for possible drifting (I have no clue what that is), pressure tested the detector @30 ft to test for leaks, and last but not least they filled the battery pack with fresh batteries. Now if that don't beat all I don't know what will. White's wrote the book on customer service and that is why they are number one in my book. :thumbup::thumbup: HH Dennis in Idaho
 
In 30 years of buying White's, I have never been let down by them. In fact they may have the best customer service of ANY company I've ever dealt with. They do seem to understand the value of customer service. Even if some Chinese company ever comes out with a wizbang detector for half the price, I'll still gladly pay double or more for a White's if for no other reason than their top notch customer service. Love White's. Keep it up guys (and gals), you're doing it right:thumbup::clapping::usaflag:
 
White's is the Best. I ordered a hip mount for a project I am working on and after the fact I discovered that I needed an "S" rod for it, so I called White's and they sent the part out free of charge. I am so happy with White's service that I feel save investing in their detectors because they with always have your back, plus the overall quality of their machines is outstanding.
 
Guys, I have had a similar experience with their service, it is great ++++++ the machines are made in America, hats off to whites and their spectacular staff..

I hope that when I send my Detector in for service that i get the same treatment. That is why I bought a Whites because they are the best and I have heard about the great customer service that they provide to military personal overseas white you are a great company and i would never buy a detector from anyone else if you went out of business I would quit detecting thank you for all of your service to the military and shipping to military overseas it means alot to us.
