White's Coinmaster 3000/d

Billiot

New member
Does anyone have any experience with the coinmaster 3000/d? I have one that I bought 10 years ago, and have had bad luck with it...hard to ground balance, shallow depth, heavy. Any advice on it?

I LOVE the old analog blue box Whites, but the 3000 was somewhat of an entry level machine. It's ok if you want to dig a lot of signals or crank the discrimination up and lose a lot of stuff.

Working with any 'vintage' machine less than a 5900/6000Di series can really turn you off to the hobby.

I'd throw it up in eBay, get a good amount on it from a collector and go out and get yourself something more modern.

I'm really interested in the new MX5.
