White's Coinmaster 2900D

Technician

New member
I still have one of these machines that I think I bought in the 70's. At that time I found a LOT of coins. Most dimes and quarters were silver then! After about a year I got away from the hobby again until this past year when I bought a DFX.

Does anyone know what a 2900D machine is capable of compared to other machines?
Keep it or junk it?

Thanks,
Jim

hello!..jim!
keep it,and learn it well!..use a small coil, and tackle the parks!..as long as you can get 6" on a dime in the ground, then this detector will amaze you with what it will find!..terrific separation with the small coil makes it work for you!..have fun!.and good luck!

I have a coinmaster 2900 as well I bought it when I was 10-11 years old and I am 34 now. I tried it awhile back and it still works. I was wondering whether to keep it as well. I just ordered an Ace 250 for my son and I to use.
