How much is a Classic ID worth? I have a chance to pick one up for $150 from the original owner with a good set of headphones. Is it worth that? Any info appreciated.
 
I'd say that price represents the upper end of the price range for those detectors.
 
Thanks. I called the fella back last night to arrange a place to meet to pick it up but he didn't answer. His ad was deleted from Craigs list so i am assuming even though he wouldn't, that he went ahead and sold it to someone else. Ohh well, just as well as i have found one i wanted more.
 
Yep, there's always a better one just around the corner! :drool:
 
I traded a Classic (no ID) for a lesche digger a couple of years ago. Well worth it I may add. :thumbup: My kids use it all the time and it gets pretty deep! I liked my Classic ID, but if I owned another I would have it modded. Think I paid $150 for mine a few years ago.
