White's Classic 4 w/ Mr. Bill mods

I am new to the website and look forward to reading and using the fine information that exists in the many forums. Thanks in advance!!!! I just got a Classic 4 with the modifications done by Mr. Bill. The mods include Threshold, Ground Balance and supposedly Turbo. Knobs for Threshold and Ground Balance but Turbo must be hidden or wired ON all the time. My question is how to set both the Threshold and Ground Balance.knobs. I used the Classic 4 today for the first time 1-24-2013 No threshold sound and have no idea if Ground Balance was set correctly. I got some hits but ground was very close to complete frozen condition so will have to come back another time. Any help would be appreciated.

If you had Mr.Bill install these Mod's didn't he send you tuning instructions when he sent returned it ? If someone else did the Mod's and it is basically open info look for them on the Geotech Forum Website here ~ http://www.geotech1.com ~ if you can't get a reply here. It's your best bet. HH, Woodstock
 
I have never done any Classic 4's and put a "Turbo" mod in them. Perhaps someone else did the mod & used my name to help sell it ???

Hi Bill , Of coarse I forgot you post here a lot and your the man who knows . I've had the pleasure of using one of your modifications and was very - very impressed . I've done one myself and it just great and maybe it was just me but it wasn't the same . To be a Mr. Bill mod it's best when done by the master Mr. Bill himself .
