What kind of things are you looking for?
It's pretty worthless as a coin hunter. And pinpointing is almost as much luck as skill.
If you are looking for large metal at 3 foot depths (a cannon perhaps?), it's a great coil, but mine sat in the closet for the most part.
It's very much a specialty tool, so you need to identify if that specialty truly applies to your type of hunting or not.
You'd probably have better luck with a big-foot coil.

Never cared for the 15". For coverage, find a used BigFoot coil. For depth, the 950 is about as good as it gets on coin sized objects. Maybe the 15" would work for Caches but for anything else I say forget it.

ive owned one and wasnt impressed with it you dont gain hardly any depth on a quarter maybe 1 inch it was desighned to cover more ground quicker i think and is a pain to swing not to metion the thing is heavy you wont wanna swing it all day just my 2 cents worth if your looking for coverage area try the bigfoot coil for the 6.59 khz

i have an extra bluemax 600 deepscan coil for the 6.59 machine if interested asking 50.00 . this coil is great for trashy areas.
