I had been out of detecting for a while and needed to get my V3 upgraded. Sent it in with my 5 loops and wireless phones.
They checked out all loops and two of them failed so there were replaced (no charge under warranty)
They updated to V3i, either a new pod or screen, put new ear cushions on and they are really nice( no charge)
Shipped it back and it is working like new.
I kept in touch with them along the way and they would have turned it around in a day or so but I forgot to send in my phones with the detector so had to ship separate.
I usually talk with Todd but he had been on vacation so Connie was great to deal with as well.
I have been buying White's machines since 1983 and every time I have a need for service my experience is always the same.
Great American company that builds a quality product that if it needs service they just do it.
They are such a breath of fresh air compared to every other business dealings in life and I just want to thank they again for being number one in my book.
