Picked up one in excellent condition and took it to a local park to give it a try. Seems to work perfect. I got some video of it in action. Hope you enjoy.

Hi Mr.Bill, Very good video. I have a ?? . What is the difference between the IDX, IDX PRO, and The Classic ID? I just got a Classic ID that has your mod. done on it, is that the only difference? Thanks Flintstone

Sorry Flintstone I am not the guy that does the mods. He is Mr.Bill I believe. He can probably tell you the difference between the detectors.

Hi Bill S., Sorry i just seen Bill and went brain dead. But that is a grate video. Thanks for posting it. Flintstone

Nice VID as usual Bill. I was wondering how deep do you thing it would hit and properly I.D. a dime in your ground? I always wanted to try an XL. I almost bought one way back ,But got an XLT instead.

I bet I could squeeze 8 inches out of it. I will try it and see what I can come up with. Maybe I will do a quick video tomorrow if I have time.

That would be awesome! And if you could make it a silver dime and silver quarter too if not too much trouble. Thanks.

Great video Bill. Well done! The XL Pro is one of my favorite detectors & it's nice to see one in action. My XL Pro is good for 8", yours should be too. Signal Balance is important; you can usually go to 2-3 o'clock without instability (depending on soil and EMI conditions, of course). .Thanks for the video!
