I picked up an old Whites 6 DB to go with my Garrett MH7. Looking at the coil it was never used. I need the two battery trays then see if it works.

Anyone like Whites 6 DB? How old are they? VLF machine with TR discriminate I think.

I've bought battery holders from Radio Shack that worked on the older Whites that take 14 AA batteries. They have the holders for both 6 and 8 AA batteries for around $2.50 each.
 
Thank you for the tip JB. I'll see if my Radio Shack has them. I'll post pictures of it and my Garrett soon
