Can someone help me with the feedback on certain 5900 series detectors:help:When the 5900 detector came out if I remember right ,there was two different circuit boards, and was told that if you opened the battery box on the bottom left side were certain( initials) that showed to be the best circuit board.:shrug:Does anyone have this information and willing to share it.Thank you---cjm

You are correct about the inside of battery door... it will have a sticker with serial # and it will simply read 5900 CB. These are simply wonderful analog White's detectors, mine was made in 1994. The CB stood for composite board, according to Monte these were some of the deepest analog White's ever made.
